Carolyn has just sold our property at Birkdale. We couldn’t rate Carolyn highly enough. Our whole experience was great from our first meeting right through to the end. We loved her friendliness and enthusiasm. She kept us informed throughout the whole sale process and our house was only on the market for two weeks and we were very happy with our sale price. She was also very flexible which was important to us as we have two small children.
