Buying a house is always nerve racking process. Dale made our process very seamless, it was a pleasure dealing with dale. He maintains good relationships with both sellers and buyers. He is always available and do not hesitate to show the house even it is 5th or 6th time and very good communication and quick response. I can only give him 5 stars,,,,, shame i can’t give him 10 stars.
